4 Core Power Cable

4 core power cable are usually used in power transmission and distribution systems. It has good anti-disaster performance and guarantees the normal use of the power supply system. The 4-core XLPE cable is designed and manufactured with reference to IEC60502 CU / XLPE / PVC 0.6 / 1KV requirements. Round conductors are generally suitable for sizes below 16mm², and shaped conductors are suitable for sizes above 35mm² (including 35mm²). We can also provide XLPE insulated cables/wires with 4 cores according to BS7889 standard.

Maximum conductor temperature: under normal (90 OC), emergency (130 OC) or short circuit conditions not exceeding 5 s (250°C).

Minimum ambient temperature 0 OC, after installation and only when the cable is in a fixed position

Packaging and shipping

We are able to meet the most stringent delivery schedule according to each purchase order. Meeting deadlines is always a top priority, because any delay in cable delivery can cause overall project delays and cost overruns.
The cables are provided in the form of wooden reels, corrugated boxes and coils. The cable end is sealed with BOPP self-adhesive tape and non-hygroscopic sealing cap to prevent the cable end from getting wet. The required mark should be printed with weatherproof material on the outside of the drum according to customer requirements.

XLPE insulated PVC sheathed cable application

Used for laying indoors and outdoors. It can withstand a certain amount of traction during installation, but cannot withstand external mechanical forces. It is not allowed to lay single-core cables in the magnetic tube.
